Want to find out what scuba diving is like before deciding to get your PADI Open Water Diver scuba diving certification? During a Discover Scuba® Diving experience, you can try scuba diving for the first time in a pool or calm water environment.
A highly-trained PADI® Professional will provide scuba gear, explain basic scuba diving skills and answer any questions you may have.
Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.
During in-person training with an EFR instructor, you will learn how to perform CPR, provide first aid that eases pain, assess a variety of injuries and illnesses, and practice bandaging and splinting.
Completion of this program meets the First Aid/CPR course requirement for PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster certification.
The Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to enhance your diving skills and open up new adventures. You'll complete two required dives—deep diving and underwater navigation—then choose three additional specialty dives based on the local environment and what excites you most, for a total of five dives.
